Reservation

• We ask for a 50% deposit to secure a reservation. Balance must be received no later than 45 days before arrival.
• The deposit might be paid via wire transfer.
• A € 1000 security deposit is requested one week before arrival. Payment might be made via wire transfer. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. Any damage or loss of the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy:

• Until 45 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• From 44 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit applies.

Covid-19 Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation after confirming the reservation, the following conditions will apply:

• Until 2 weeks before check-in date: Total refund in case the cancellation is due to travel ban or travel restrictions between Italian government and the country of origin of the guest.
• From 13 to 2 days before check-in date: in case of new measures of travel ban or restrictions  between Italian government and the country of origin of the guest it will be possible to postpone the holiday to another date in 2021 and 2022 without extra charge.

• Check-in: from 4 PM to 9 PM
• Check-out: 10:30
